Manvir Singh divorced – again!

The Disturbing Pattern of Abuse by Manvir Singh: A Call for Accountability

In recent news, Manvir Singh, a controversial figure within certain Sikh circles, has once again shown his true colors. With the collapse of his second marriage, the pattern of abusive behavior that he has long been accused of becomes even more glaring. It’s time to confront the truth: this man should not be allowed on stages to preach, influence, or abuse more people, particularly vulnerable women.

A Repeat Offender: History of Abuse

It’s not just rumors or hearsay. There’s a well-documented history of Manvir Singh emotionally and mentally torturing his partners, with his latest ex-wife suffering the same abusive treatment as his first. According to sources close to the situation, Manvir subjected his second wife to severe psychological torment, using her choice of clothing as a pretext for control. He berated her for wearing ‘English’ clothing—fully covered, mind you—and tried to manipulate her into believing she was a fail as a Sikh woman. This control tactic is not new. He did the same to his first wife, creating a pattern that reveals his deep-seated misogyny and need for dominance.

Photo from Bhai Manvir Singh UK second marriage to whom he later divorced. Ask yourselves… is it our sisters who are wrong with their claims against Manvir saying the same thing, or Manvir who shows a repeating pattern of abuse?

A Deliberate Cover-Up by AKJ (UK) and AKJ (USA)

Despite this abhorrent behavior, the powerful AKJ network has once again closed ranks to protect him. They’ve propagated lies about his ex-wife, trying to paint her as unfaithful. They claimed she already had a boyfriend in the UK before the marriage ended. This narrative is a desperate attempt to shift blame away from Manvir and onto the victim—something that many abusers do. This blatant cover-up is not only shocking but also deeply disturbing, as it highlights the extent of the complicity from those who continue to support him.

Manipulation at Sikh Camps

But the abuse doesn’t end with his wives. There have been documented first-hand accounts from victims for years about Manvir’s behavior toward young girls at Sikh camps. His access to these spaces, where vulnerable youth are supposed to feel safe, is alarming. It’s appalling that someone with his history is given a platform to speak to impressionable minds. There have been multiple accounts of inappropriate behavior and psychological manipulation at these camps, yet no action has been taken to bar him from these spaces.

A Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing

It’s alarming that a man with such a deeply flawed character is still allowed to preach in front of Sikh sangat. Manvir has shown time and again that he is a master manipulator who hides behind a façade of his bana. His abusive behavior toward women, and young girls in camps, makes him a danger to the community. How many more lives does he need to harm before we collectively say enough?

The Responsibility to Speak Out

If we are serious about protecting the integrity of our Guru and ensuring the safety of our sisters, we cannot remain silent. Anyone who knows about Manvir’s actions has a moral duty to speak up and prevent him from gaining any further access to vulnerable individuals. This is not about gossip; it’s about safeguarding people from a man who has repeatedly shown he cannot be trusted.

Manvir Singh’s destructive behavior should disqualify him from any role of influence within the Sikh community. He should be held accountable for the harm he has caused. Enough is enough. We cannot allow kanjars like him to continue to abuse their power under the guise of Sikhi.

We must act now—before more lives are damaged by this predator.

Modern AKJs are just fakes…its all about egos, keeping up appearances, people writing books and speaking on topics which they have no real experience, knowledge or skills for. Amritvela and a bit of sarbloh bibek and that’s all it is.

No real understanding of maryarda/sikhi. Best to stay away from the lot of them.

AKJ is full of pervs, egotists, fakes. Whilst the elders have kamai, as they leave this world, the predecessors are just making a mockery of bhai sahib bhai Randhir Singh Jee’s name.

Guru sahib kirpa Karan. Having spent time with them and seeing how they act behind closed is honestly appalling. No morals, values, respect for anyone who doesn’t align with their narrow minded thinking.
